Delivery & Return Policy

Delivery Policy:

Your order will be dispatched within 3-5 working days after receiving full payment in our account. 

Standard shipping fee is free on orders above AED 300/- or more, and AED 20/- will be charged for orders below AED 300/-. 

Custom Duties:

For the orders booked from outside UAE the courier charges and customs duties must be paid by the customer. 

Cancellations and Returns:

As a consumer you have the right to cancel an order within 7 days from receiving the goods. Please email us on [email protected] to cancel any items. Please note that the returned items must be in original packing, unaltered, undamaged (by you) along with the original invoice and instruction manuals etc. accompanied to these materials. 

For any items returned with “no fault” you have to bear the cost for the same if sending by courier or you can visit our service center which is located in Dubai (Al Quoz) to submit the same.  For returns you pay the postage / courier up front. Goods must be returned to us within 7 days from the date of receiving the same.

Refunds will be made to the same account / card that payment was made from.  However, the standard service /bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount. 

 If you have used or damaged the goods or returned them without the original contents or unnecessarily damaged packaging we may adjust the amount of refund given (or in extreme cases give no refund at all) to take into account the knock on effect on what we can sell them for.

Our Packaging Policy: Return it in the condition you would expect to receive it.

Please Note: If the returned item found as “No fault” you will be liable for all collection/delivery charges.

Outer manufacturers packaging must also be protected in transit, and returned in original condition. Once we have received the returned items properly, an accurate examination of the products will be done by our technical team. All returns with request to refund the cash will take 30 business days from the date of receiving the returned items and if for a replacement, the same can be done within 7 working days of period.

ANY CLAIM REGARDING CASH REFUND/REPLACEMENT WILL BE LIMITED UPTO THE VALUE OF OUR INVOICE ONLY.
