Usually, when wired in sequence, LED strip lamps will only extend up to 5 meters. The trick to mounting LED tape in lengths longer than 5m is to parallel wire the LED strips to your transformer. Instead of merely connecting the reels together in series with a single starter lead (end-to-end), we suggest our clients wire multiple strips back to one single transformer.
